Every business has its own risks. We start with yours.
An office, a workshop, a laboratory, an international organization: no two work environments are alike. Neither are the risks. Here, it’s mental workload and computer use. There, it’s chemicals, physical strain, or repetitive motions. Elsewhere, it’s business travel or night shifts.
These risks can accumulate and interact, affecting both employees’ health and the organization’s operations.
A multidisciplinary team
Experts dedicated to occupational health.
A Comprehensive Approach
Prevention, support, practical solutions, and long-term follow-up.
A lasting impact
For healthier and more inclusive work environments.
A comprehensive assessment of occupational risks.
A report by the INRS, based on more than 800 studies and led primarily by Stéphanie Boini, confirms the links between psychosocial factors and various health problems, including musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and workplace accidents.
This is why the IHST prioritizes an integrated approach that combines occupational medicine, ergonomics, occupational psychology, occupational health, and safety. These complementary perspectives allow us to develop coherent solutions, rather than a mere juxtaposition of isolated interventions.

Step 1

We meet with the people involved and observe their work situations: movements, work rhythms, equipment, relationships, and organization.
A shared understanding of what compromises health and what protects it.
Step 2
Exchanging Glances
Employees, managers, HR, and safety officers each have part of the answer. We share our observations with them and, if necessary, provide them with expert advice.
A summary of the findings, reviewed and approved with you.
Step 3
Set Priorities
We prioritize actions based on their impact, urgency, and your resources.
A prioritized, realistic, and budgeted action plan.
Step 4
Implement
Whether it’s adapting a position, welcoming someone back, building a team, or coordinating stakeholders, we develop solutions together with the people who will put them into practice.
Actions that have been initiated, each with an assigned person and a deadline
Step 5
Ensuring Sustainability Through Our Performance Metrics
We work with you to define performance metrics from the outset (absences, successful returns to work, response times, progress on the plan, satisfaction), and then we monitor them over time. The strategies that work are integrated into your practices; the others are adjusted.
